Traffic impact study and access assessment for the Penn College Master Plan
Grove Miller Engineering, Inc. completed a traffic impact study for the expansion of Penn College based upon new buildings and facilities anticipated by the school master plan. The study evaluated the access locations to campus and the city street network in the vicinity of the college. Traffic engineering activities included collection of traffic data, documentation of trip generation potential, estimation of design year traffic volumes, highway capacity analyses, intersection crash analyses, and development of short and long term roadway and traffic control improvements.
